Veolia Transport Zero carbon and zero emissions

Veolia Transport Zero carbon and zero emissions

In a project that brought together 2 big entities of Veolia, Veolia Transport and Veolia Envronemnt, Renault car maker and Veolia Environmental Services have taken up a new brave challnege in Tangier as both companies bid to ultimately roll out 400000 Electric Cars EV and/or Hybrid cars per year whilst reducing carbon emissions by 98%.

As the project got approved, the new factory is scheduled to be completed in the near outlook and is expected to be custom-built around the early days of year 2012. Thanks to the advanced technology supplied by Veolia and by Renault, the project was made possible for new innovations in manufacturing processes and through the utilization of renewable energy sources in addition to optimal management of the water cycle.

The ideal new plant that is supposed to put these plans into action will release abslutely no industrial wastewater into the natural environment, which leads us to conclude that the French deal will limit the consumption and will prevent the environment as everyone goes green.

With Veolia Transport gets specialized in the public and private transportation sectors, the deal with Renault required the direct intervention of Veolia Environnement which is a subsidiary of Veolia. Being listed on the NYSE and Euronext Paris, it is now possible to take part of the project and to be a partner.
